The final meeting for 2025 for the Hamilton County Conservation Board is set for Wednesday, December 17th at 9:30 in the conservation office at Briggs Woods Park. The board will receive a park projects update,set the fees for the 2026 camping and recreation season, an update on the Golf Simulator, and consider a purchase agreement with the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation. In other matters, the board will look at the financial report for the Briggs Woods Golf Course, and setting the fees for golf rates and related fees. Hamilton County Conservation Board director Brian Lammers will present his update on what is happening in the county park and recreation areas plus other matters.
