A Comprehensive Plan Presentation by the Iowa State University College of Design will be a part of this Monday evening’s meeting of the Ellsworth City Council. The meeting starts at 6:00 in the Ellsworth City Hall. The council will consider the grant application for the MIDAS LMI survey for a Community Development Block Grant. There will be reports presented by the Ellsworth Public Library, Ellsworth Fire and EMS departments and the Ellsworth Community Association. A policy for employee cell phone and council e-mails will be discussed. Budget meeting with stakeholders and department heads of Ellsworth will be on the agenda, review a Ripple grant award, water treatment consultant contract and the oaths of office to the new council members will all be a part of the Monday evening meeting in Ellsworth.
