Another meeting of the Wright County Board of Supervisors will be held this Monday morning,December 8 at 9:00 a.m. in the downstairs board of the Wright County Courthouse in Clarion. The board will hear a request from the city of Belmond to request the support of the Community Attraction and Tourism or CAT Grant for the City of Belmond Pool Project. Julie Edwards from Upper Des Moines Opportunity will give her annual update and request for funding for the Fiscal Year 2027. The supervisors will review and act on the Christmas Eve Holiday at Monday’s meeting. The revenue report from the Wright County Sheriff will be a part of the agenda.
In other matters, the Wright County Board of Supervisors will take action on additional funding for the Heart of Iowa Regional Trust Fund. Wright County Engineer Adam Clemons will present his update on secondary road projects plus other matters.
