There will be a special meeting of the Hamilton County Board of Supervisors set for Wednesday, November 12th at 1:00 p.m. in the downstairs conference room of the courthouse. The purpose of the meeting is to decide the election results of the Kamrar City Council race of this past Tuesday, November 4th. Gerald Huisman has won one of the council seats. However, there is a three-way tie for the two remaining seats. The tie is between Dustin Flatebo, Gunther Range and Matthew Wallen. It will be up to the supervisors to draw two names from the three to fill the two council seats in Kamrar. The regular meeting of the supervisors will be held this Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. in the courthouse. The supervisors normally meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 9:00. This meeting is delayed one day due to the observance of Veterans Day in which the Hamilton County Courthouse will be closed for the day on Tuesday.
