Peerman to be featured speaker for Rotary Leadership Banquet on November 16th

The Webster City Rotary Club is excited to announce details about the upcoming 77th Annual Rotary Leadership Banquet which will be held on Sunday, November 16th at the Briggs Woods Conference Center. Twenty-Five students from Hamilton County will be honored at this year’s banquet. The keynote speaker is Dr. Celina Peerman who will speak on ‘Leading When You Don’t Have All the Answers.’

Together, we’ll explore how curiosity, courage, and connection help each of us lead — even when the path ahead isn’t fully clear.
Dr. Celina Peerman is an organizational psychologist, global speaker, and author who has spent over 30 years helping people and organizations navigate change with courage and curiosity. Known for her humor and heart, she has worked with leaders from classrooms to boardrooms, inspiring others to see uncertainty as a chance to grow. A two-time TEDx presenter and author of four books, Dr. Peerman is passionate about helping people lead from wherever they are. She lives in Waverly, Iowa, and believes learning is one of the most powerful ways we change the world.
