PERRY — The South Hamilton Hawks volleyball team returned to action on Tuesday night, as they traveled to Dallas County to take on the Perry Jayettes in Heart of Iowa Conference action on Dan Marburger Court at Perry High School. The Hawks entered at 18-12, while Perry entered at 2-19.
It would be a slow start for the Hawks on Tuesday, dropping a close opening set to the Jayettes by a score of 25-23. From there, South Hamilton grabbed control of the match, winning set 2 25-15, then winning set 3 25-15, before ending things with a 25-15 win in set 4 and a 3-1 win.
Stats were not available on Bound on Wednesday, South Hamilton volleyball returns to action on Thursday, when they host Greene County in Heart of Iowa Conference action at Jim Marsh Court in Jewell at 6:30 PM.
