The next scheduled meeting of the Webster City City Council is set for this Monday evening, October 6 at 6:00 in the council chambers. The agenda for the meeting will include a resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign and execute an amendment to the On-Call Street Paving Specialist Agreement with Snyder and Associates, The council will proceed with the bid and award a contract for the Outdoor Pool Filter Replacement Project through Sourcewell to Carrico Aquatic Resources, Incorporated in the amount not to exceed $283,500. A development and Leaseback Agreement and Separate Lease Agreement between the city of Webster City,Iowa and Lotus Community Project,Incorporated will be presented to council members. There will be the resolution to authorize and execute a future land use agreement between the city of Webster City and Reveiz Farms,Incorporated.
In other matters, the Webster City City Council this Monday will make motions on the Wastewater Treatment Improvement projects. There will be the third readings on ordinances to update off-street parking material requirements, and controlled access facilities plus other matters.
