The September meeting of the Hamilton County Conservation Board will be Monday morning, September 22 at 9:30 at the Briggs Woods Golf Course downstairs meeting room. The board will receive a park project update, the hiring of a mechanic, review the wildlife habitat stamp grant funding agreement with the Iowa DNR and consider a water recreation access grant application. There will be reports by the superintendent of grounds at the Briggs Woods Golf Course and consider the purchase of a golf simulator. Hamilton County Conservation director Brian Lammers will have his update on county park activities plus other matters.
