Webster City Community School Board meets this Monday evening,September 8th.

WEBSTER CITY-Another meeting for the Webster City Community School Board will be this Monday evening, September 8th  at 6:00 p.m. at the school administration board room at 820 Des Moines Street. The board will consider the resolution to petition the Governor and Legislature to fund public education at 5 percent annually and to cap income for ESA’s and to phase out the program over a five-year period. Another resolution to be considered will be to extend and renew a one-year whole grade sharing agreement with the Stratford Community School Board. An FFA trip to Indianapolis will be considered. Donations to the Webster City schools and fundraising requests will be reviewed for approval. There will be an update on the first few weeks of the new school year from superintendent Matt Berninghaus on Monday evening plus other matters.
