The first meeting for September for the Webster City City Council will be this Tuesday evening, September 2nd at 6 p.m. in the council chambers. The meeting is delayed one day due to the observance of the Labor Day holiday on Monday. A resolution for transferring cash to provide funding for certain projects, repay internal loans, reconcile funds and TIF entries. Another resolution for the city council is to authorize and execute a purchase agreement between Jerome D. Kloberdanz, Lori L. Kloberdanz and the City of Webster City. The council will consider a resolution authorizing approval of the change order Number 2 for the 2025 Fair Meadow Drive Reconstruction Project.
In other matters this Tuesday, the report and recommendations from the Webster City Hotel Motel Tax Board on the latest grant applications will be reviewed for approval. A request from LIFT WC (Local Initiative for Transformation Webster City) for $25,000 for match for CAT (Community Attraction and Tourism ) grant application for the Elks Club building project.The council will consider the request from the Webster City High School National Honor Society for a parade permit for the Homecoming parade set for September 19th,
