Ellsworth City Council set for Tuesday evening,August 26th meeting at City Hall.

The next Ellsworth City Council meeting will be held this (Tuesday) evening at 6:00 in the Ellsworth City Hall. The agenda includes a public hearing on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the proposed 350,000-gallon elevated water storage tank project. There will be a resolution awarding a contract for the same storage tank project.  An engineering agreement with Bolton and Menk,Incorporated  for the re-bidding and construction phase services for the 350,000 elevated water storage improvement project will be discussed. The Ellsworth City Council will consider the request from the Ellsworth Trinity Lutheran Church for an open park shelter use.  A discussion and possible action for a design fee for $250 for a muralist will be on the Tuesday evening agenda. In other matters, there will be reports by the Ellsworth Community Association, the Ellsworth Public Library and the Ellsworth Fire and EMS Department. The Ellsworth Public Works Department will have a discussion with the city council on possible action for the Detroit and Johnson culvert proposal and a door quote for parks plus other matters.
