LIVERMORE — Two Humboldt County residents were arrested and charged with felony counts of kidnapping and sexual exploitation of a minor on Friday.
37-year old Dixie Jean Niles and 37-year old Nathaniel Lee Depew, both of Livermore, were the subject of an investigation that stemmed from a May 27th report of a possible sexual assault that took place and were arrested on Friday afternoon.
Niles and Depew were also charged with 12 counts each of Child Endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor. The investigation remains ongoing.
