DUNCOMBE- The Iowa State Patrol investigated a car-SUV accident near Duncombe on Xavier Avenue shortly before 2:00 Tuesday afternoon. Reportedly a northbound 2018 model Chevrolet Equinox SUV driven by Eileen Olson of Duncombe .The SUV crossed the center line and sideswiped a southbound 1999 Honda Accord car driven by Esvin Atz Garcia of Lu Verne,Iowa Both drivers were transported to Unity Point Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge by Fort Dodge Fire Ambulance for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Both the Olson SUV and the Garcia car were totaled in the crash. Iowa State Patrol trooper Scott Devereaux said the investigation is continuing behind the accident
