ELLSWORTH-The Ellsworth City Council will meet this Monday evening, August 11th at 6:00 p.m. in the city hall. The council will approve a Bingo donation to the Ellsworth History Museum for $300. A 6-month CD of the Ellsworth Fire Department funds for $200,000 will be looked at by the city council. Other agenda items include the setting of Ellsworth’s Trick or Treat night in late October, hear a complaint from a citizen, and an update from the Ellsworth Parks Board. The Ellsworth City Council will take action on a developer’s agreement of a parcel and the quote from Thompson Construction for a quote for a school roof project. A Trees for Kids grant will be reviewed. There will be a look at building renovations and review and ISU College of Design Comprehensive Planning and RIPPL Effect Grant plus other matters before the Ellsworth city council this (Monday) evening.
