Stratford City Council set to meet this Monday evening, August 11th at 7:00 P.M.

STRATFORD-A wide range of issues will face the Stratford City Council at their next meeting set for this Monday evening,August 11th at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers. The council will consider a request from Dalton Higgins to have chickens at the property located at 1001 Milton Street and consider a farm lease for lagoon farm property and approve a public notice for a hearing date. The next steps for finding and repairing the leak to the municipal outdoor swimming pool will be explored by the council. An electric pump quote for $43,188 for the Big lift station pump will be on the Monday evening agenda. There will be discussion on the current sidewalk ordinance for Stratford.  A payroll merit increase for the Maintenance Assistant will be looked at plus other matters before the Stratford council
