There was a light agenda for the Ellsworth City Council at a meeting held last Tuesday evening,July 22nd. The council rejected the bid for the 350 thousand gallons elevated water storage tank project. A new hearing to find a new bid for a similar water storage tank project will be set for a later date with the taking of bids. The Ellsworth City Council approved a certified operator contract with Central Iowa Water Management at a cost of $1,750 monthly until October 31,2025. The Ellsworth City Council approved to reimburse BVS Solutions the $15,528.05 for the purchase of an electric transformer from Midland Power of Boone.
