Stratford City Council July meeting will be this Monday evening at 7:00 at Stratford City Hall.

The July meeting of the Stratford City Council will be on Monday evening,July 14th at 7:00 p.m. in the Stratford City Hall.  The agenda highlights will be to consider a request from the Stratford Lutheran Church to asphalt the parking area along west, north and south side of the property located at 812 Teneyck Avenue. The approval of a community garden in Stratford will be discussed. The council will consider the approval K T and T Landscape for a quote of $1,500 to remove a tree at 1200 Tennyson Avenue. There will also be a discussion of a chicken ordinance, working on a leak in the Stratford pool and fall painting, and to discuss delinquent utility accounts in Stratford. The Stratford City Council will consider the approval of a quote of Sun Country Distributing for $3000 for a diving board using LOSST Funds. Ordinances for firework usage and for trees in Stratford will be discussed at Monday’s council session plus other matters.
