WEBSTER CITY, IA │ Van Diest Family Health Clinic (VDFHC) in Fort Dodge will open Monday, June 30 in its new location, 2419 2nd Avenue North.
The clinic will close in its current location, 119 Avenue O West, on Thursday, June 26 at 1 p.m. to prepare for the move. The clinic will also be closed on Friday, June 27.
The clinic opened as Van Diest Family Health Clinic in July 2020. Providing friendly and patient-centered healthcare, Fort Dodge Clinic cares for the whole family. The clinic is staffed by two physicians, a nurse practitioner, nursing and office staff and a clinic manager. Patients can access a variety of services through the clinic, ranging from general practice and preventative health care needs to urgent health care services.
The new clinic building will offer more space for exam rooms, lobby and offices, additional services such as radiology, and plenty of convenient parking for patients.
