The Iowa Department of Insurance and Financial Services “Stop the Scammers” roadshow, in partnership with the Iowa Attorney General’s Office and AARP Iowa will be visiting Webster City on Wednesday,June 25th at 8:30 a.m. for a program open to the public. This program is to educate Iowans on scams impacting the state and how Iowans can best protect themselves from scammers in the digital age. There will be representatives from the Iowa Department of Insurance and Financial Service in attendance to meet with the public plus a representative from the Iowa Attorney General’s Office.
