Hamilton County Conservation Board meeting set for Thursday,June 26 at 12:30 p.m.

The June meeting of the Hamilton County Conservation Board will be held on Thursday afternoon,June 26th at 12:30 at the conservation office in Briggs Woods Park. Thursday’s agenda will include a review of the Briggs Woods Solar Array project and to consider a utility easement with Red Lion Renewables. A park and staff update will be presented to the board including a review of park projects, publications and notices in park kiosks and the search for campground hosts at Little Wall Lake Park south of Jewell.  A Hamilton County Conservation Board acquisition plan application will be presented for a review by the board.

In other matters, the Hamilton County Conservation Board will be updated on the season so far at the Briggs Woods Golf Course from its superintendent and grounds director. Board director Brian Lammers will have his report to the board on Thursday afternoon plus other matters that come up before the board.
