The Final Plat Review for Lynx Development 2 and a recommendation for the plat will be on Monday evening’s agenda for the Webster City Planning and Zoning Commission beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the city council chambers. The commission will review design guidelines for the Iowa Economic Development Authority. The code review and amendments for Off-Street Parking Requirements and for Driveways, Access, and Parking Standards will be presented at the meeting plus other matters.
