Toy Phetxoumphone, 42, of Webster City died Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2025 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 at Foster’s.
