There will be a meeting of the Wright County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday morning, May 27th at 9:00 in the basement board room of the Wright County Courthouse in Clarion. The board will have a budget amendment hearing for the Wright County Budget for the 2024-25 fiscal year and take action on the budget. There will be a website update from the Wright County Economic Development office. A letter of resignation from John Heiden as a Vernon Township Trustee will be accepted with Kent Thelke as his replacement as trustee. Wright County Engineer Adam Clemons will present information to the board on an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2025 Iowa DOT Secondary Road Budget and an update on road projects. There will be a drainage trustees meeting at Tuesday’s meeting. The Wright County Supervisors Tuesday meeting will be video streamed live on the Wright County website at www.wrightcounty.iowa.gov.
