There will be another meeting for the Van Diest Medical Center Board of Trustees this Tuesday evening, May 27th at 6:00 in the clinic board room in Webster City. The board will take action on the approval of a Custom Learning Systems Agreement,a Fort Dodge Lease Buyout and with R1 RCIM Engagement. There will be reports by Van Diest Medical Center CEO Lisa Ridge, marketing director Lori Foster, Chief Nursing Officer Amy McDonough, Chief Financial Officer Ashley Allers, and MercyOne Liaison Jon Wilke. There will be a closed session of the medical center board at the conclusion of Tuesday evening’s meeting.
