A new trial date for a former Eagle Grove Police officer has been set. 27-year-0ld Colt Allan Richardson is charged with dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor and with sexual exploitation of a minor. The new date announced will be on Tuesday,June 19th at 8:30 in the Wright County District Courtroom in Clarion. The trial was originally set for May 22nd. If convicted on the sexual exploitation of a minor charge, Richardson could be sentenced for up to 5-years in prison.
