The Webster City Lynx boys golf team returned to action on Tuesday, as they hosted a North Central Conference tri meet with the Algona Bulldogs and Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets at Links Public Golf Course in Webster City.
Webster City would win Tuesday’s meet with a team score of 152 (+8), as their top scorer was senior Cael Nixon, who finished as meet runner-up with a 37 (+1). Senior Luke Firsching and sophomore Coyce Bertran would tie for 3rd as each shot a 38 (+2), as junior Dawson Bertran rounded out scoring with a 39 (+3).
Webster City boys golf returns to action on Thursday, when they host the Lynx Golf Tournament at Briggs Woods Golf Course in Webster City at 1 PM.
