Ellsworth City Council set to meet Tuesday evening, April 22nd.

Another meeting for the Ellsworth City Council is set for 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening, April 22 at the city hall of Ellsworth. The council will take possible action on a fish farm TIF rebate and on membership into the Hamilton County Growth Partnership. There will be reports by the Ellsworth Public Library and Fire/EMS department.  A date will be set for the public hearing for the 2024/25 budget amendment for Ellsworth. The sale of bingo tables and chairs to the Kamrar Lions Club will be discussed. In other matters at Tuesday’s meeting, the Ellsworth City Council will look at electric utility improvements to 101 Highway 175,the purchase of a new backhoe will be considered, and appointing a moderator for the Town Hall. There will be a closed session of the Ellsworth City Council to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate plus other matters that may come before the council
