
The Webster City City Council will meet this Monday evening,April 21st at 6:00 p.m. in the city council chambers. The council will have a public hearing on the 2025-26 fiscal year budget followed by another public hearing for the first phase of the construction of the electric distribution improvements. Resolutions for the acceptance and approving the acquisition of the properties at 128 Apple Avenue and 403 Prospect Street in Webster City. Parade permits for the American Legion and the Memorial Day Parade on May 26 and the Hamilton County Fair on July 22nd will be approved. The Webster City City Council will review a resolution authorizing the city to enter into a First Amendment to Fiber Optic Network Installation and Right-of-Way Access License with Platinum Connect LLC. The date of May 5th will be set for public hearing on the amending of the International Property Maintenance Code. A motion to approve the Development Agreement for 408 Grove Street. and a resolution authorizing the execution of Line of Credit Corporate Guarantee Agreement between the City of Webster City, Webster City Day Care Center and First State Bank will be discussed plus other matters.
