Carolyn “Carrie” Elkin, 76, of Webster City, died at her home on April 25, 2024. . A visitation and celebration of life will be held Tuesday, April 30 from 5-7p in Fellowship Hall at Asbury United Methodist Church with a short scripture and music at 6p. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carrie’s honor may be made to Kendall Young Library.The Foster Funeral and Cremation Center of Webster City is in charge of arrangements.
