There will be a discussion on the East Twin Park Splashpad Project and groundbreaking event for April 4th when the Webster City Park and Recreation Commission meets this Thursday afternoon at 5:15 in the Sampson Room of the Fuller Hall Recreation Center. The commission will look at a plan for Nokomis Park and for the north shelter of Kendall Young Park. Plans for the spring programs offered through Fuller Hall and the Health Fair at Fuller Hall for April 6 will be on the agenda.
