East Twin Park Splash Pad project to be discussed at a public hearing Monday evening at the Webster City city council meeting.

The first meeting for February for the Webster City city council is set for this Monday evening at 6:00 p.m,. in the city council chambers. One of the agenda items is a public hearing for the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost on the proposed construction of the East Twin Park Splash Pad Project. Once the public hearing, the council will consider the awarding of the project to Peterson Construction in the amount of $216,996.06 and any bid alternates the council may select and commiting necessary funds to complete the project.The public hearing for the disposal of city owned property located at 1135 Division Street has been canceled.
The Webster City city council will have the third reading on ordinances for a truck route and on parking regulations. The date of Monday,February 19 at 6:05 p.m. will be set for a public hearing for an International Property Maintenance Code. There will be a resolution authorizing the Street Department Supervisor to seek bids and proceed with the lowest bidder if bids come back under $100,000 for Concrete Panel Replacement and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with the lowest bidder in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for such project.
The council will hear a presentation by Williams & Company P.C. on the 2022-23 Audit for the city of Webster City with the report to be placed on file at city hall.
There will be a closed session of the city council to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate in the city.
