Webster City City Council to meet this Monday evening,January 15.

The next Webster City city council meeting is set for this Monday evening,January 15 at 6:00 p.m. in the city hall council chambers. One of the items on the agenda was for a public hearing on the proposed plans,specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the construction of the East Twin Park Splash Pad Project. The hearing has been postponed until the February 5,2024 city council meeting.
There will be a second reading of the proposed ordinance pertaining to truck routes in Webster City and for parking regulations. Interim city manager John Harrenstein will be appointed as the Webster City representative to the Hamilton County Solid Waste Agency with Brandon Bahrenfuss as the alternate representative There will be appointments made to serve on the North Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative for 2024 and with the MIDAS Transportation Advisory Committee. The Webster City city council will consider a resolution authorizing the street department supervisor to proceed with the purchase of a Wheel Loader from Ziegler CAT in the amount of $231,423.
