A meeting of the Stratford City Council will be this Monday evening,December 11 at 6:00 p.m. The council will discuss an ordinance on speed regulations in Stratford, consider holding a council workshop before the next regular council meeting on Monday,January 8,2024 and consider a request from K T and T for $9,250 for lines clearance for the east side of Stratford. There will be the approval of a request from Keith Carlson for Destination Stratford for $500 for an advertisement. The Stratford city council will consider a noise permit application from Copperhead Salon for their New Year’s Even celebration of December 31,2023.
In other matters at this Monday’s meeting, the council members will discuss a quote from Midland Power upgrades for the United Co-op bin electric project, consider a house moving permit from Jessica Geerdes at 1006 Adams, consider an ordinance for mailboxes in Stratford, plus other matters before the council.
