Carol Brandt, 87, Duncombe, died on November 3, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center in Webster City on Tuesday, Nov. 7th from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Webster City on Wednesday, Nov. 8th at 10 a.m. with interment to follow at Graceland Cemetery, Webster City.
