Two public hearings face the Webster City city council this Monday,July 17.

There will be two public hearings facing the Webster City city council at this Monday evening’s meeting starting at 6:00 in city hall. The first hearing is for the propsed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Emergency Backup Power system for the Sewer Lift Station Project. The second hearing is a resolution authorizing execution of an offer to buy real estate and the acceptance and subsequent warranty deed conveying city owned property located at 1317 Beach Street. The council will consider a resolution accepting and approving the minor subdivision plat of VERYL’S addition in Hamilton County. A nuisance hearing requestied by a property owner at 1200 Second Street will be on the agenda. The city council will accept the report and recommendation as prepared by the Webster City Hotel Motel Tax Board for funding purposes for the Hamilton County Speedway and Traction City RC from William Baldwin. There will also information about National Night Out activities at West Twin Park on Tuesday,August 1st from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Monday’s Webster City city council meeting will be streamed on the Webster City Facebook page and the ZOOM conference page.
