The final meeting of 2022 for the Van Diest Medical Center board of trustees is set for this Monday evening at 6:00 in the hospital board room. The board will enter into a closed session at the beginning of this meeting. There will be the approval of the Fiscal Year 2023 Organizational Accountability Dashboard and acceptance of the nomination committee report for 2023 officers and committee members. The board will receive the monthly hospital update by Van Diest Medical Center CEO Lisa Ridge,human resource director Amy Porter, chief nursing officer Amy McDonough and from senior director of marketing Lori Foster.
Monday’s meeting of the Van Diest Medical Center board is the last one for this year until Tuesday,January 24,2023. The board does not meet in July and December.
