Wright County Supervisors set to meet this Monday.

 Another meeting of the Wright County Board of Supervisors will be held Monday morning at 9:00 at the Wright County Courthouse in Clarion. The board will appoint Beth Severson to serve on the Wright County Board of Adjustments, receive the semi annual report from Wright County Treasurer Peggy Schluttenofer, receive the Cost Allocation Plan to be signed by the chairman and appoint Dave Nelson, George Boyington, Blanch Bosteden, Mary Ellen Patterson and Larry Turner to the Wright County Historical Preservation Board.In other matters, the supervisors will hold the first reading of an ordinance on Floodplain Mangement for Wright County with the second reading set for January 28. There will also be a discussion on a combined ambulance service in Wright County.

There will be discussions on Monday with county department officials on budget matters for the 2013-14 fiscal year. They include:

11:00-11:30 Sheriff, Jail,Law Enforcement and Emergency Management.

11:30-12:00 noon  Economic Development- Tourism and Transit.

1:00-1:30 p.m.  Conservation

1:30-2:00 p.m.  Nurses and Hospice.

2:00-2:30 p.m. Sanitarian.

2:30-3:00 p.m. Mental Health/Developmental Disabled, Case Management, General Relief, Veteran Affairs.

3:00-3:30 p.m. Planning and Zoning & Drainage mapping project.

3:30-4:00 p.m.  County Attorney.

The budget discussions will continue on Tuesday with the Auditor at 10:00 a.m. and with Secondary Roads at 10:30 a.m.
