Webster City City Council meets Monday.

The final meeting of 2012 for the Webster City City Council will be Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers. Agenda items will include the first reading of an ordinance establishing new rates to be charged for electrical energy sold by the City of Webster City. There will be the third and final reading on an ordinance pertaining to zoning as it relates to definitions, uses, and new requirements for certain uses necessitating a development agreement.The council will consider a resolution from Police Chief Brian Hughes for two L-3 communications in car video cameras. Another resolution to be discussed will be on the approving the executed warranty deed conveying city owned property, Lot 14, Brewer Creek Estates Third Addition to Cory and Meredith Bargfrede.The Webster City City Council will meet in closed session to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are in litigation or where litigation is imminent and to discuss the purchase of particular real estate. The proceedings will be telecast on cable channel 12 in Webster City with repeat telecasts on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings at 7:00 p.m.
