Two charged with burglary and theft at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds.

 Webster City Police charged 18 year old Devan Shutt of Williams and a 17 year old Webster City male juvenile with Third Degree Burglary following an incident at Hamilton County Fairgrounds on August 8th with details released Thursday. Both Shutt and the juvenile are accused of stealing a 2004 John Deere Gator from the fairgrounds along with a hammer drill, a fire extinguisher and other items. There was damage done to windows at the horse barn and the Co-op building and damage done to the concession stand storage shed. Shutt was also charged with Second Degree Theft as a result of the burglary last month.
