Toyer resigns as Webster City Economic Development Director

David Toyer announced on Tuesday that he will be resigning his position of Webster City Economic Development Director. Toyer has accepted a position with the Greater Burlington Partnership as its Economic Development Director. His last day on the job in Webster City will be on 7 and will begin his new duties in Burlington on May 15. Toyer has been an economic consultant and later as economic development director for the city since January,2010. The city will begin the task of finding a replacement for Toyer in the next few weeks.
