Marcel Hilpipre,83, of Webster City, died Saturday,December 29 at Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Funeral services for Marcel Hilpipre will be held at 11:00 Thursday morning,January 3 in the chapel of Foster Funeral and Cremation Center with Rev. Patrick Wiedemeier officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Foster's on Thursday.
