LaVonne R. Draper, 90, of Webster City, died Thursday, February 16 at the Van Diest Medical Center. Funeral services for LaVonne Draper will be held at 10:30 Monday, February 20 at Asbury United Methodist Church with Rev. Linda Bibb officiating. Burial will follow in the Graceland Cemetery. A visitation will be this Sunday afternoon, February 19 at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. and prior to the services on Monday at the church.
