Thirty youngsters participated in the Free Throw Contest Wednesday afternoon at Fuller Hall as a part of the annual Holiday Fun Week activities. Each of the participants shoots 15 free throws. In the elementary division Kindergarten through Second Grade for the boys. Jayce Neuroth was the first place finisher followed by Trevyn Lyons in second and Tucker Clabaugh in third. Livia Kasch was the winner and only participant in the girls division in grades Kindergarten through Second.
The elementary division for boys in grades Third and Fourth featured Tavis Eklund in first place, Trey Shannon in second, Tyler Olson in third and Cody Kolbeck in fourth. For the girls, Leah Kasch was first and Ally Hanus was second.
The middle school division in grades five and six featured Caleb Olson placing first, Tucker Judkins in second and Casey Kolbeck in third. Gianna Borer was the only competitor in the girls five and six grade bracket.
The middle school boys division in grades seven and eight had Connor Shannon in first, Logan Danielson in second, Austin Carpenter in third and Aaron Halbach in fourth. The high school boys grades 9 through 12 featured Camden Lawrence in first, Cody Slater in second and Broch Halbach in third.
There will be a pool and ping pong tournament today, December 27 and on Friday December 28 will be the Spot Shot Basketball Contest. Registration will begin at 1:00 p.m. and the contests beginning at 1:30
