The second annual Hamilton County Youth Summit is coming to Trinity Lutheran Church in Webster City on Friday, February 1st. Power Up YOUth will serve as the sponsor for this event. An estimated 50 high school students randomly selected from Northeast Hamilton and Webster City  high schools are meeting in focus groups that day to discuss concerns around substance abuse, consequences, and peer perceptions. The students will share their perspectives with local leaders in short presentations followed by a question and answer period.
