Free mulch and fill material to Webster City residents
Posted: Sep 25 2013 by ppowers

The Webster City Street Department has announced the availability of free mulch and fill material to the public, including free delivery and loading if requested.

The mulch consisting of wood chips is perfect for placing around trees, plants or other landscaping needs.

Fill material including sand, dirt and clay mixed together provides a nice sub base product in shallow areas of your yard, which could then be topped off with black dirt or compost.

The Street Department will offer free loading of your truck or trailer, or deliver up to two dump truck loads to your home at no charge.  All other work such as leveling, spreading, etc. is up to the property owner to complete.

This service is available to Webster City property owners only.

To arrange for free loading or delivery, or if you have additional questions, please call the Street Department at 832-9123.  Leave a message if no answer.
