Ellsworth motorist injured in one vehicle accident Thursday night.

Details of a pickup accident three miles east of Ellsworth on Highway 175 early last Thursday evening were released today by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department. Reportedly an eastbound 1990 Ford Ranger pickup truck driven by Zoe Park of Ellsworth  went off the roadway onto the south ditch after she apparently was using her cell phone while driving. The Park pickup then continued across the highway landing in the north ditch striking a sign pole and landing on its top. Park was transported to Van Diest Medical Center by the Ellsworth Ambulance for treatment of her injuries.Damage to the pickup was estimated $2500. Investigating deputy John Sadler cited Zoe Park with the Use of a Communication Device while Driving.
