Attic fire investigated by the Webster City Fire Department.

 The Webster City Fire Department responded to a report of an attic fire at mid morning Saturday at 1012 Division Street. The call was received at about 10:24 a.m. The home is owned by the Iona Hoversten Estate and Debra Siders of Eagle Grove. When firemen arrived they discovered a burned area of ceiling near the bedroom on the main floor of the residence. Firemen removed the insulation from the ceiling. Electricity was turned off to the premises. No exact cause was determined into how the fire got started. Firemen remained on the scene for nearly 90 minutes.
