Arthur F. Kelting,95 of Webster City died Monday,July 9 at Israel Family Hospice House. He was a longtime businessman and former mayor and city councilman for eight years. A Gathering for Arthur Kelting will be held Thursday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home with a reflection time at 7:00 p.m.  A private burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers,memorials can be made to the Webster City School Foundation,Opportunity Village or Van Diest Medical Center.
