Anderson crowned 2013 Hamilton County Fair Queen!

Erin Anderson of Webster City was crowned as the 2013 Hamilton County Fair Queen at a ceremony held Wednesday night at the fair grandstand.Anderson was presented the crown by last year's winner Kylee King of rural Duncombe. Anderson will now represent Hamilton County at the Iowa State Fair Queen Contest in Des Moines next month. She is the daughter of Tim and Kathy Anderson.The first runner up was Brittany Nicholson of Ellsworth with the second runner up being Shea Van Langen also from Ellsworth. Bridget Moriarty of Webster City was named both Miss Congeniality and Miss Leadership. The other contestants in the contest were Angela DeLaRiva of Ellsworth, Josi Dinsdale and Jan Ryherd both of Webster City and Molly Greenfield of Williams. 

Entertainment at the coronation ceremony featured the Dance Connection dancers. The Hamilton County "Friend of the Fair" Award was presented to Mark Ferguson by the members of the fair board for his work through the years at the fair and at the Hamilton County Speedway.
