Three public hearings on Monday’s Webster City city council agenda.

Three public hearings will be on this Monday’s Webster City city council agenda. The first is for the plans, specifcations, form of contract and estimate of cost for the city water treatment facility improvement project. The second hearing is for the proposed sale of city owned property located in Elbert’s Addition in Webster City which is 909 Harding Court. The third hearing of the evening is to adopt the budget amendment for the fiscal year ending June 30,2022.
A request from the Hamilton County Exposition for assistance from the city for the Fair Parade on Tuesday,July 19 will be considered. The parade will begin at 6:00 with staging set for 4:00 p.m. The group benefit plan for city employees to begin July 1,2022 with the governmental health care plan, third party administrator employee benefit systems
The Webster City city council will meet in a closed session to discuss strategy with its legal council in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent.
Meeting time for the Webster City city council is set for 6:00 Monday evening in the city council chambers. The meeting will be streamed through the city’s Facebook page and through the ZOOM conference system.
